We re currently seeking a *Licensed Practical Nurse* to join our amazing team.

*Details of the Licensed Practical Nurse Opening:*
* Anticipated start date: *ASAP*
* Hourly range: *$45-$47 hourly*
* Anticipated duration of this contract assignment: 13 weeks
* Anticipated hours: *8 hour days*

*Daily* *Range of* *Responsibilities of the Licensed Practical Nurse:*
* Provide direct patient care according to the therapeutic plan and individual patient needs as directed by the patient care plan.
* Perform selected prescribed treatments and nursing measures for the patient under specific guidelines.

*Job Qualifications for the Licensed Practical Nurse:*
* Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
* Must have active State of IL LPN license
* One or more year(s) of current experience in Home Health
* Homecare Homebase charting experience
* Current AHA BLS Certification
* Educated on and follows HIPAA regulations; maintains strict confidentiality of client information
* Follows Infection Control, Standard Precautions and OSHA standards for the healthcare professional
