Seeking an EA with Private Equity/Hedge Fund Background
Responsibilities:
- Manage executives calendars, set up meetings and notify of any changes
- Manage travel and accommodation arrangements-personal and professional
- Keep track of daily expenses and prepare reports as needed
- Reconcile credit card statement and post journal entries
- Handle all personal assistant duties
- Act as the point of contact among clients and other external partners
- Manage relationships with vendors, service providers and landlord
- Ad hoc projects as requested
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5-10 years executive assistant experience
- Experience working in Road Shows
- Experience working with a Financial Firm
- Excellent MS Office knowledge
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
