Seeking an EA with Private Equity/Hedge Fund Background

Responsibilities:

  • Manage executives calendars, set up meetings and notify of any changes
  • Manage travel and accommodation arrangements-personal and professional
  • Keep track of daily expenses and prepare reports as needed
  • Reconcile credit card statement and post journal entries
  • Handle all personal assistant duties
  • Act as the point of contact among clients and other external partners
  • Manage relationships with vendors, service providers and landlord
  • Ad hoc projects as requested


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 5-10 years executive assistant experience
  • Experience working in Road Shows
  • Experience working with a Financial Firm
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
