We are a locally owned marketing, print, sign, promotional products, and electronic media company that specializes in solutions to our Clients' visual communications needs. We are looking for an enthusiastic team player who wants to join our Client-first team today and is looking to grow professionally in the future.

As our Production Manager Visual Communications, you will have primary responsibilities for:Planning, analyzing, and designing printed materials, signage, and other visual solutions for our ClientsHaving a full understanding of the Center s products and services; as well as the capabilities of key suppliers and partners;Partnering with Clients to interpret their needs and convey their messages effectively on printed media, signs, or promotional products using color, type, illustration, photography, and other techniques;Actively communicating with Clients to understand and deliver signs and printed materials to their satisfaction;Ensuring that all Clients requirements and needs are met by the work of the Center;Proofing Clients requests and files to ensure they are ready for production;Assisting Clients with the resolution of any problems that may arise;Supporting the work of other areas of the Center as needed; andRemaining up to date on changing trends in the visual communications (printing/signs) industry.Requirements/Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in manufacturing sign and print products

(required)2+ years of graphic design experience ( required ); Adobe Creative Suite experience ( required )High School diploma ( required ); 2+ years of college education ( preferred )Excellent project and time management skillsGeneral computer proficiency
