PAY & BENEFITS INFORMATION:
- Base Salary: $76,000-$93,000 (depending on experience) - Actual take home pay averaging $80-130K
- Additional Earning Potential: Shared reward intelligent compensation program allowing therapists to earn well over 100K with base salary + performance pay.

WHO YOU ARE:
- WA state licensed Physical Therapist with a proven track record.
- Experienced clinician passionate about outpatient orthopedics, neuro, vestibular, sports rehabilitation, or related services.
- A natural leader with strong communication and empathy skills.
- Tech-savvy therapist adapting to industry changes for client engagement and increased efficiency.
