Client seeking NP for family practice opportunity in Pleasanton, CA on July 8 - 12. Hours are 8:00am - 5:00pm with a 60-minute break. Provider will see ages 2+ for primary care and acute care. Clinic is staffed by a physician and is a collaborative care site with behavioral health, chiro, PT, and care management. Candidates must have 2+ years of experience to be considered for this assignment.
