Job Description:

We are seeking a Service Technician to join our team and provide essential tech support and data entry assistance. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, business acumen, and a passion for team development. This role requires hands-on execution and a commitment to guest satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Work effectively in office settings and onsite support as required.
  • Perform data entry tasks into POS systems accurately and efficiently.
  • Implement system changes related to beer, liquor, wine, routing, and pricing.
  • Assist in building beer, liquor, and wine panels for new establishments.
  • Support installation and removal of equipment including Toast systems, printers, and other hardware.
  • Conduct basic troubleshooting for Toast systems.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Basic computer literacy with the ability to perform data entry tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Respectful demeanor towards guests and colleagues.
  • Business sense and the ability to adapt to changing environments.
  • Passion for coaching, training, and developing team members.
  • Hands-on leadership skills to effectively support the team in various tasks.
  • Ability to work regularly 20-25 hours per week. This role has the potential to move to a 40-hour-per-week position at a later date.
