Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

Salary: $60,000 per year
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am - 4:00 pm
Position Overview: LHH is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Logistics Sales Coordinator to join our client's team in Cypress. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong administrative abilities, and a proactive approach to supporting our sales department.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage quotations for products and services.
- Handle accessory quoting and oversee post-sales management.
- Manage and update product catalogs.
- Process orders accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate shipping arrangements and track invoices.
- Maintain and update databases (OMS/CRM) with relevant information.
- Develop and send out correspondence, as well as handle telephone inquiries.
- File and organize customer documents, including files, sales orders, and invoices.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team.
- Advocate for customers and ensure their needs are met effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in administrative support roles, preferably within a sales environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience with database management (OMS/CRM) is a plus.
