Role Associate Attorney
Providing legal counsel: Offering expert guidance to clients on cybersecurity laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risks
Policy development: Collaborating with clients to develop and implement cybersecurity policies, procedures, and incident response plans tailored to their specific needs and regulatory requirements.
Due diligence: Conducting cybersecurity due diligence assessments as part of mergers, acquisitions, or partnerships to identify potential risks and liabilities related to data security.
Advocacy and representation: Representing clients in legal proceedings related to cybersecurity matters, including litigation, arbitration, or regulatory enforcement actions
Requirements
