Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize the calendar to ensure optimal scheduling.
  • Handle email correspondence, including prioritizing and replying as appropriate.
  • Facilitate travel plans.
  • Support in organizing and circulating agendas for various meetings.
  • Coordinate company events such as team meetings, company outings, annual holiday celebrations, and participation in trade shows.
  • Maintain and organize important documents and records.
  • Generate reports as requested by management.
  • Participate in meetings, record key points, and share notes with attendees.


Required Skills and Experience:

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for assisting others.
  • Proficiency in typing required; a minimum of 40 words per minute.
  • Attention to detail is essential.
  • Previous experience in project management is a plus.
  • Superior organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Outstanding abilities in both written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a role supporting executive-level management
  • Must have expertise in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Experience with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system is highly desired
