As the District Sales Manager for the Pacific NW region, you will lead sales and marketing efforts for the Plate Group. This role involves extensive travel and a firm commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Lead sales and marketing initiatives, including quoting and securing business.
- Provide accurate forecasts and identify new business opportunities.
- Support strategic growth and enterprise initiatives.
- Uphold safety policies and housekeeping standards.
- Foster cooperation and teamwork within the Quality Control System.
Candidate Profile:
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Four years of steel sales experience or qualified DDSM candidate.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Direct experience within the Steel Industry.
- Existing business relationships within Pacific NW market.
- Background in manufacturing.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
