Valet Description **Pay Rate:** Door Screener (Temporary)- $15.53/HR No Tips | Valet Attendant - $15.00/HR + tips ***(Base rate & tips averages $20-$22/HR)***

***Hot Job Details:***
$500 Hot Job sign on bonus paid out in two installments. The release of the bonus will occur as listed below:
* 1st installment of the bonus ($250) will be paid after the successful completion of 60 days of employment in the Hot Job position you were hire for at Snoqualmie Casino.
* 2nd installment of the bonus ($250) will be paid after the successful completion of six (6) months of employment in the Hot Job position you were hired for at Snoqualmie Casino.
*Only applicable to applications submitted after 05/21/2021

**PURPOSE**
To provide Valet service for guests. Function as a Door Screener in partnership with the Security department until the temporary Covid19 restrictions are lifted.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
* Function as a Door Screener
* Respond to guests needs with a sense of urgency and in a friendly manner.
* Accept responsibility for guests vehicle and keys.
* Safely park and retrieve guests vehicles for owners and safeguard keys.
* Communicate by radio with other Valet team members.
* Greet guests with a smile and eye contact.
* Provide superior guest service by having knowledge of all casino functions, events and surroundings.
* Control funds and balance shift bank.
* Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements **Education and Experience:**
* High School Diploma / GED; Recognized Equivalent of a High School Diploma (RED) or Foreign High School Diploma (FHD).
**Skills and Abilities:**
* Ability to effectively communicate with team members and supervisor(s) in a fast-paced, demanding environment with short time frames.
* Valid Washington State drivers license (driving record will be checked to meet criteria in Conditions of Employment).
* Proven ability to operate manual and automatic transmissions.
* Cash Handling experience.
**PREFERRED**
**Education and Experience:**
* Snoqualmie Casino Career Development Track Series completion.
