Congin School is seeking a friendly, highly confidential, organized and experienced Administrative Assistant to support our students, staff and familes. The qualified candidate will be responsible for communication with families by phone and in person, attendance tracking, have experience with Infinite Campus, Google Suite, and Infinite Visions, budgeting (process purchasing and receiving POs), reporting to payroll timesheets and staff absences, and maintaining all student records. The administrative assistant will work closely with the principal to ensure that the daily operations of the school are planned and organized each day.
