Job Summary: We are seeking a proficient and experienced Project Manufacturing Modules (PJM) Consultant with expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Cloud ERP. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the implementation, configuration, and optimization of project manufacturing functionalities, including Project Accounting, Project Costing, Project Billing, and Project Management, within Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud ERP environments. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of project-based industries and hands-on experience in delivering end-to-end solutions that meet the unique requirements of our clients.


Responsibilities:

  • with clients to understand their project manufacturing requirements, business processes, and objectives, and translate them into Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud ERP solution designs.
  • the implementation and deployment of Project Accounting, Project Costing, Project Billing, and Project Management modules within Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud ERP, ensuring alignment with client needs and industry best practices.
  • and customize Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud ERP functionalities to support project-based accounting, costing, billing, and management processes, including setup of project structures, resource management, budgeting, and revenue recognition.
  • expertise in integrating project manufacturing modules with other Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud ERP modules, such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Inventory, and Purchasing.
  • workshops and training sessions for client teams to facilitate knowledge transfer and ensure effective utilization of Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud ERP project manufacturing functionalities.
  • with cross-functional teams, including project managers, business analysts, developers, and testers, to deliver integrated solutions that meet project objectives and timelines.
  • system configuration, data migration, and testing activities to ensure the successful implementation of project manufacturing modules and their seamless integration with existing systems.
  • ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud ERP project manufacturing implementations, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and performance optimization.
  • informed about Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud ERP product updates, enhancements, and best practices related to project manufacturing modules, and incorporate them into client engagements.
  • to the development of methodologies, tools, and templates for Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud ERP project manufacturing implementations, with a focus on driving efficiency and quality.


Requirements:

  • degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • years of experience working as a consultant or analyst in the implementation and support of Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud ERP solutions, with a focus on project manufacturing modules.
  • understanding of project-based industries, such as construction, engineering, manufacturing, or professional services, and their specific requirements for project accounting, costing, billing, and management.
  • in configuring and customizing Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud ERP project manufacturing modules, including Project Accounting, Project Costing, Project Billing, and Project Management.
  • with Oracle EBS R12 and Oracle Cloud ERP implementation methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • mindset with a problem-solving orientation, capable of understanding complex business processes and translating them into system requirements.
  • project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and deliver results within budget and scope.
  • to travel to client sites as needed for project engagements and support activities.
  • certifications in EBS and Cloud ERP would be advantageous.
