We started out as an "HR department of one" for our clients, primarily providing recruiting services. As the company has grown, this has allowed us to expand our services and provide more critical client needs.About the role:Our ideal candidate is someone who has a passion for all things HR, and is eager to learn and improve their skills. This person will thrive with or without structure, and will not hesitate to troubleshoot and problem solve by themselves.Responsibilities:Perform administrative duties, such as maintaining employee database and sorting emails for the HR departmentMaintain proper records of employee attendance and leavesAssist HR Manager in policy formulation, hiring and salary administrationSubmit online job postings, shortlist candidates and schedule job interviewsCoordinate orientation and training sessions for new employeesEnsure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queriesAssist with special HR projects and exploring new/alternate initiatives in comparison to the ones we have nowPerform other administrative duties as determined by business needsRequirements:Successful candidate must have an associate degree in HR or a related field (bachelor's degree preferred)Candidate must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in an HR roleCandidate must have strong communication skillsCandidate must be able to quickly resolve people's problemsCandidate must be familiar with database systems and common HR applications :::
