****Job Summary****
To coordinate, execute, and monitor internal transfers and outbound deliveries of package goods to external customers ensuring on-time performance and maximum usage of resources. Manage package inventories and initiate production as needed. The Package Coordinator will also support Account Managers with daily responsibilities including but not limited to the following: blended masonry costs, SAP input, submittal requests, and bridge communication between sales and other departments.
****Job Responsibilities****
* Ability to deal with customers and haulers
* Ability to input information for forecasting budget into system
* Input daily sales and statistics
* Adhere to all CEMEX and O.S.H.A. rules and regulations at all times and wear proper safety equipment while on plant grounds
* Meet or exceed company safety standards
* Perform other job responsibilities as assigned by management
* Confirmed orders with delivery date and time
* Manage package inventories in the Region
* Attends and actively participates in employee communication meetings
* Monitor internal transfers and outbound deliveries of package goods
* Manage Inventories and initiate production as needed
* Support and communicate with Sales Managers regarding package production and deliveries to customers
****Qualifications****
* College degree preferred
* Must operate a computer proficiently
* Ability to travel
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbally)
* Minimum 2 years of dispatch experience
* SAP Experience would be a bonus

* Ability to handle multiple tasks
* Ability to work flexible hours under deadline pressure
* Strong communications and analytical skills
* Ability to set priorities
* Ability to make sound operational decisions
* Ability to work Independently
* Proficient in MS Office, specifically Excel and general PC experience

****Physical Requirements****
Exerting up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. If the use of arm and/or leg control requires exertion of forces greater than that of sedentary work and if the worker sits most of the time, the job is considered light work.
