Summary:


A regional commercial team member, reporting to Regional Commercial Director collaborating with other business lines and commercial team members to help prioritize delivery of value-added solutions. The candidate will be responsible for generating a business pipeline, acquiring new business opportunities within existing accounts. Existing account maintenance and managing organic growth will also be part of the responsibility. The individual will closely work with Operations, Customer Service, and Commercial teams.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage day to day issues with existing customers including forecasting, reporting, contract renewals.

Meeting with clients face to face on routine basis including quarterly stewardship meetings at key accounts, communicating regularly to maintain relationships and deliver supply chain solutions.

Using customer feedback instruments, identify opportunities to improve service, increase satisfaction and liaise with internal departments on improvement plans

  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional sub-teams e.g. Procurement, Other Segment Sales, Quality and Supply Chain to build sales cases and deliver the Goodpack solutions. Provide consistent and customer-centric service and support.
  • Cultivate relationships and grow revenue with current accounts through a consultative approach designed to identify their needs and requirements.
  • Assist Regional Sales team with day to day customer management.


Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required:

Bachelor's degree preferred, or a minimum of 4 years experience in Sales.

Minimum of 3+ years in Supply Chain Industry preferred.

Strong Sales and communication skills

Preferable logistic background and knowledge about packaging concepts

Eager, dynamic and hands-on individual
