We will provide training on how to monitor, troubleshoot, and make adjustments to various high-tech robots and other pieces of equipment that are all part of this amazing process. Requirements

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Ability to follow directions and work well in a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Interested in Continuous Improvement and able to thrive in a self-directed environment
• Understanding of and the ability to abide by applicable OSHA and environmental regulations
• Willingness to keep work area clean and organized, and perform other duties as assigned

Education and Experience:

• HS Diploma/GED Required

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods working on feet
• Must be able push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds at a time
• Visual acuity to read instructions, operate machines, and inspect parts produced
