**Outside Sales Representative**
Sales St. Louis, Missouri Minimum Experience **Experienced** Compensation **$50-75k plus commission** Midland Tool has been servicing its customers since 1962 with them most recognized service and supplies in the industry. Midlands customers range from some of the worlds largest contractors, industrial plants and factories, to local mechanical, electrical, and steel erection. To assist their growing business Midland Tool is seeking to hire an Outside Sales Representative that will develop business for both our rental and sales channels in the Construction and Industrial market in Indianapolis, IN. The Sales Representative will support both the Midland and Superior teams by having excellent communication and organizational skills. Successful Sales Representatives will have an upbeat attitude and provide innovative solutions to meet the needs of Midland and Superiors growing customer base.
Responsibilities and Duties:
* Develop rental business opportunities
* Develop sales business opportunities
* Maintain customer relationships
* Present solutions to customers
* Assist customers in making product selections
* Quote products
* Provide ongoing customer support
* Develop / Grow customer relationships
* Meet with customers
* Educate customers
* Manage key relationships
* Communicate with internal customer service team / warehouse manager
Required Experience and Skills:
* 3-5 years of Sales Experience
* 1-3 years of Construction Rental Experience
* Experience in maintaining and growing customer relationships
* Available to travel (minimal) and maintain a flexible schedule
* MS Office / IOS Experience
* Proven Communication Skills
