Petroleum Service Corporation is now hiring for a Team Lead! The Warehouse / Packaging Team Leader is responsible for leading, providing guidance, training, and overseeing shift-work employees at a leading petrochemical plant that manufactures high-tech polymers in Hebron, OH. The ideal candidate will have industry related experience along with experience leading, supervising, and / or managing a team. **Work Schedule:** 12 hour night shift (Bi-weekly rotation)
**Specific Responsibilities:**
* Oversees shift operations in the packaging and warehouse areas
* Provides coaching and oversight to develop a strong team
* Drives training initiatives and ensure training objectives are met and exceeded
* Participates and drives our safety observation program
* Heavily focuses on field interaction with employees and building relationships
* Mitigate and escalate hazards in the field with timely and effective escalation.
**Job Qualifications:**
* Experience in a Leadership, Supervisor, and / or Management role
* Industrial, Warehouse or Packaging Operation experience preferred, but not required
* Must possess a valid driver's license
* 18 years or older and legally able to work in the U.S.
* Stable work history with good references from past employers
* Pass a drug screen, physical, and background check
* Speak fluent English

**Physical Requirements:**
You must be able to:
* Speak, write, read, hear, and have good vision
* Regular on-site attendance and punctuality is required
* Work outside in environmental conditions which at times include extreme heat or extreme cold
* Wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) without restriction and pass any medical examination associated with the use of PPE
* Lift 60 pounds floor to waist
* Push and pull 30 pounds horizontally
* Carry 20 pounds while walking
* Climb stairs and ladders
* Stand 8-12 hours per day
* Extend arms through normal range of motion while standing and squatting
