Warehouse Associate **Warehouse Associate**
**POSITION SUMMARY**
Assists in maintaining the companys warehouses, grounds, product inventory, and tool inventory. Supports the companys management, purpose, mission, and values.
**ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS**
1. Assists with the organization and maintenance of the companys warehouses. Helps keep a constant eye on product inventory so that the company always has the products it needs for scheduled jobs.
2. Assists with the companys grounds maintenance, including the car wash, lawn, parking lot, debris pile, garbage, and rock bin.
3. Helps production crews by coordinating delivery of products and tools to job sites as needed.
4. Helps with building maintenance issues.
5. Assists with the preparation of the company facilities for on-site events.
6. Drives for the company in a safe manner.
7. Regular, reliable on-site attendance.
**NECESSARY KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER CHARACTERISTICS**
1. Knowledge of sorting and picking practices.
2. Forklift experience required.
3. Knowledge of best practices in warehousing.
4. Skill in verbal communication.
5. Ability to understand, speak, read, and write in English.
6. Ability to handle a variety of tasks.
