Southern Coast Services is looking to hire individuals with:

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED.

1 year of customer service experience.

Advanced written and verbal communication.

Excellent Phone, Mobile, Text, Email, and Internet experience.

Trade experience preferred.

ServiceTitan experience a plus.

Gmail, Office365, and Telegram experience a plus.

Bilingual skills a plus.

Maintain flexible availability including weekends and some nights.

Must be able to work assigned shifts discussed in interview.

Must be a resident of Broward or Palm Beach counties.

Job Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Handle incoming and outgoing calls to customers and technicians.

Track, organize and follow up using lead gen software.

Identify customer's needs.

Schedule and confirm appointments.

Communicate with management as required.
