The right person has vision, can think and process strategically, always mindful of the mission of TLC. The teacher candidate has a willingness to learn the intricacies of the Orton-Gillingham Approach and manage relationships among the students, their families, and all other constituents of the larger school community. Empathy and humility are a must, along with organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. TLC classes have a maximum of 4 students with each teacher.Requirements / Qualifications
