**Description**

Monday - Friday 8:30 - 5:30, alt. Saturdays 8:30 - 3:30 flexibility to work some evenings and early mornings depending on branch assignment.

Contribute to DCU's Success Sharing and Business Goals by identifying member's needs, providing quality service and helping members achieve their financial goals. Travel is required as float coverage will be provided at various MA and NH branch locations based on individual branch staffing needs.

* Identify the financial needs of new and existing members by building rapport and establishing strong business relationships; cross sell appropriate products and services, make qualified referrals and achieve assigned sales goals.

* Participate in branch and credit union wide promotions to incite excitement for the achievement of sales goals and referrals.

* Understand and explain all DCU products and services and fully provide member education. Open new memberships, accounts and loans utilizing established guidelines and demonstrate electronic delivery systems, including digital online banking and remote deposit capture (RDC). Help support technology education days.

* Obtain Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) authority through the nationwide licensing system and originate mortgages, as well as obtain Notary Public certification.

* Be cross trained as a teller and accurately process both teller and MSR transactions, assist with end of day balancing, Instant Issuance and ATM balancing if applicable.

* Attend various SEG, business development and community events. May be asked to provide coverage in other areas such as other branches, Mobile Branch, Information Center or support departments.

* Engage with staff, members and management in providing Service Excellence. Deliver a consistent, energetic and positive service experience for all members and staff, whether as a teller, MSR, or greeter.

* Continuously identify efficiencies and process improvements

* Assist management with projects, tasks and systems testing as needed.

* Adhere to all Credit Union policies, procedures, and training requirements.

* Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

**Education and Experience Requirements:**

* High School diploma or equivalent

* 1-3 years related experience

**Additional Eligibility Requirements:**

* Technical skills (Word, Excel, Email)

* Bilingual skills a plus

**Work Environment:**

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopier/scanner, filing cabinets, and fax machines.

**Travel:**

This is a job that frequently requires travel to various branch locations. Best practice will be providing coverage at a reasonable distance from their home base, however, there is no guarantee. Reliable transportation is required.
