We Are looking for a Retail Operations Specialist I for our Indianola location.

The position is responsible for verifying and ensuring all retail accounts opened, closed or maintenanced include the proper information according to bank policies and procedures. The position verifies multiple reports and is responsible for parameter changes in retail software programs. This position also backs up the Personal Banker position when needed, which includes opening, closing, and maintaining checking accounts, savings accounts, certificate of deposits, IRA's, safe deposit boxes, ATM/Debit Cards, online banking, and teller duties.

QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma/GED and two years retail banking experience required. Must be detail oriented, have exceptional customer service skills including oral and written communication. Must be able to multitask and have good computer skills.

SCHEDULE:

A regular working shift is 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday thru Friday and a some Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.

COMPENSATION:

Compensation Range (compensatory based on previous banking experience): Pay range $20.16 - $22.81/hr.
