SCHEDULE: PRN/Per Diem

Provides direct visual surveillance for patients under the supervision of nursing staff. Ensures the health, comfort and safety of patients.

Identifies and proactively communicates any changes in patient condition, results, behavior, observations, or complaints and reports to RN/Charge RN/LPN.

Contributes to a culture of patient centered care by ensuring a quiet healing environment.

Communicates and interacts with patients, families and others in a caring, empathetic, courteous, and respectful manner.

**Qualifications**

*High School Diploma or equivalent

*Current BLS (Basic Life Support) American Heart Association
