JOB DESCRIPTION
Position Title: Terminal Service Manager
Department: Breakdown
Location : Oakwood, GA
Reports to : Director of Maintenance
Principle Responsibilities:
* Manage payroll of team, address performance issues in cooperation with HR, and conduct annual performance evaluations
* Manage and oversee service/maintenance technicians
* Maintain and handle inventory for parts and ensure part specifications
* Oversee traffic through Carriers wash bay and responsible for repairs of wash bay equipment
* Work closely with technicians on parts orders and installations
* Other task as assigned
Qualifications:
* Three to five years of experience in the transportation service industry. Leadership experience required .
* TMT knowledge
* Good understanding of parts
* Strong organizational and managerial skills
* Must be hand s -on and be able to tangibly assist in truck maintenance
* Handle a fast-paced, quick moving environment
* Must have a trucking or mechanical background or knowledge
Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
