**Warehouse Manager - Rocky Mountain Program**

**Leadville, CO - Seasonal**

* Work closely with the Logistics Manager and Program Leadership Team to ensure high quality logistical support for all our courses and students

* Manage warehouse systems to ensure easy packing, cleaning, repairing, and inventorying of gear, food, and supplies. Report on inventories to ensure appropriate and timely ordering.

* Support and orient new and returning staff to warehouse and logistics procedures to ensure accurate quantities of food and equipment for each course

* Ensure safe, healthy, and efficient daily warehouse operations

* Oversee weekly vehicle checks and report maintenance and monthly mileage to Logistics Manager

* Manage gear repair and provide information to logistics team on equipment conditions and needs

* Assist with other support duties including but not limited to transporting students, food shopping, food and gear packing

* Oversee warehouse cleanliness and food room restock prior to courses packing out

* Assist with pre-season and post-season preparation, inventories, and warehouse shutdown

* Model and promote a positive and inclusive community culture

* Uphold and follow all policies and procedures

* Assist with base camp upkeep, standards, and systems, including ensuring dorms are stocked and clean for programs

* Attend community/morning meetings regularly

* Assist in planning and executing RMP staff events and celebrations

* Oversee receipt of food and gear orders, track incoming invoices and receipts

* Flexibility to work some evenings and holidays required, position may have on-call responsibilities and occasional travel required

* LC course support as needed

* Participate in the LC on-call system as assigned and respond to field emergencies as needed

* Facilitate Warehouse meetings and resource allocation as requested

* Participate in refining efficient, comprehensive tools for course support responsibilities

* Assist with local food and gear procurement as requested

* Assist with trainings as needed

* Participate in other duties as assigned

* Knowledge of OB programs and skill requirements

* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

* Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills

* Able to prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously

* Very strong and effective communicator, both written and oral

* Proficient with PC in Word and Excel.

* Safe, conscientious driver; experience with trailers and passenger vans

* WFR/CPR preferred. Minimum WFA required.

* Ability to lift and move a minimum of 40 pounds

* Ability to stand for long periods of time

* Occasionally works in outdoor weather conditions, including inclement conditions such as high heat, rain, snow, cold.

* Ability to lift, crawl, bend, carry and pull.

* Compensation: Daily rate $115

* Pro-deal eligible.

* Accommodation and meals provided

* 6-month contract beginning April 1st through September 30 with some flexibility.
