**Job Description**
**Receiver**
Essential worker, no layoffs
Receive inbound shipments of inventory via commercial carrier
Utilize computer/scanners to receive shipments of inventory into our system
Check order to ensure we received the correct quantity and that there is nothing wrong with the parts we received
Make note of any damaged product that we may receive and let your supervisor know
Neatly place inventor in its designated location
Organize warehouse to make parts easily accessible using the First In-First Out Method (FIFO)
Assist team members in daily housekeeping to prevent unnecessary hazards throughout warehouse
Contact vendors about orders when needed
Pick and pack orders as needed
**Picker & Packer**
Essential worker, no layoffs
Locate products in the warehouse using picking sheet
Pull product(s) from shelves and ensure they are not damaged
Ensure the accuracy of each order you are picking/packing
Package merchandise properly to ensure that it does not get damaged in transit and send packages down to the processing team
Maintain a clean working area at all times
Ability to identify best shipping practices on behalf of the customer and company to ensure a quality delivery from business to
consumer
Ability to identify unsafe and incorrectly packaged products before sorted for shipment
Recycle cardboard material to assist in the creation of packing material for future shipments
Other duties as assigned by your supervisor
Requirements **Job Requirements**
Ability to lift heavy merchandise off shelves (50 lbs)
Ability to go up and down a ladder throughout the day
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to pick and pack inventory quickly while maintaining a high level of accuracy
Ability to read and write in English
Ability to operate machinery after proper training
Ability to count inventory quickly while maintaining a high level of accuracy
High attention to detail
Quick learner
Excellent communication skills and the confidence to ask questions
Basic understanding of computers
High level of alertness and attention to detail to recognize issues with shipments
High School diploma or equivalent
Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Overtime required as needed
**Job Type**
Full-Time and Part-Time
**Hours**
Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with a 30-minute lunch break
