Job Responsibilities

This position will be responsible for the grounds and maintenance for 5 clinics in the surrounding area.

  • Performs routine and emergency maintenance at all locations including facilities, grounds, & outside contractor work oversight

  • Performs grounds maintenance, landscaping, and improvements.

  • Assists moving furniture, equipment and supplies within and between all facilities and storage units.

  • Inspects and maintains all equipment to insure all is sound and in safe operating order

  • Inspects fire extinguishers, exit signs, and emergency lights monthly at all facilities

  • Oversees outside contract work

  • Other duties as needed or directed (including all required training)


Minimum and Additional Requirements

DMH: HS diploma and 4 years experience in a related trades area or general building maintenance
Preferred Qualifications

Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish (or another language) are a plus.
