Job Responsibilities
This position will be responsible for the grounds and maintenance for 5 clinics in the surrounding area.
- Performs routine and emergency maintenance at all locations including facilities, grounds, & outside contractor work oversight
- Performs grounds maintenance, landscaping, and improvements.
- Assists moving furniture, equipment and supplies within and between all facilities and storage units.
- Inspects and maintains all equipment to insure all is sound and in safe operating order
- Inspects fire extinguishers, exit signs, and emergency lights monthly at all facilities
- Oversees outside contract work
- Other duties as needed or directed (including all required training)
Minimum and Additional RequirementsDMH: HS diploma and 4 years experience in a related trades area or general building maintenance
Preferred Qualifications Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish (or another language) are a plus.
