Practice type: Outpatient Clinic
Shift hours 6:00am - 3:00pm with 1 hour unpaid lunch, 4 days a week
Call: No call, no weekends, closed for all major holidays
Specific Dates Open: Start Date May 20,2024 - 3 months
Job Description: This position does require a fair amount of independence and the support for the role will primarily be in a remote capacity. Solo work. Site provides supervising physician they will meet with around once per mo. The role will involve collaborating with other health professionals, such as remote mental health therapists and nutritionists. Will manage two RNs
Patient population/caseload: Adults
Procedures: The provider will be focusing on wellness visits, physicals, prescribing and tending to urgent care cases. Clean cases only- no dismissals
EMR: Healthie
Credentialing: 1-2 weeks. Quick/low maintenance credentialing process. (credentialing is only Aya paperwork plus drug screen)
Licensing: Active IL license (Clean License with no malpractice) DEA
Required Certifications/Cred Items: BC, BLS/CPR, won t need to be DOT certified
Minimum Experience Required: 1 year
