Job Details
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to own and execute on our product roadmap for our self-service recruiting platform and API. As the Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing and executing the product roadmap while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional solutions that meet the needs of our users and drive business growth. You should be passionate about process, confident with Jira software management, have a keen eye for problem-solving, and extensive experience managing priorities across multiple product areas.
Responsibilities
Work closely with our Product Lead to develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap for the self-service recruiting platform and API, aligned with business goals and customer needs
Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and user feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and define product specifications
Collaborate with engineering and other teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features and enhancements
Utilize exceptional problem-solving skills to address complex technical and business challenges, and make data-driven decisions to drive product improvements
Manage the product backlog, prioritize tasks, and track progress using Jira software management
Act as a key liaison between product, engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and successful product launches
Collaborate as a technical implementation resource with 3rd party research partners to expedite API onboarding
Drive product adoption and growth through effective partnership with our go to market and sales teams
Requirements
Proven experience (5+ years) as a Product Manager or comparable role, preferably in a SaaS or tech company, with a focus on platform and API products
Strong technical background with a solid understanding of software development methodologies and best practices
Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues, prioritize tasks, and make sound decisions under pressure
Excellent time management and priority management skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment
Proficiency in using Jira software management software and other product management tools
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels
Passion for technology, innovation, and delivering exceptional user experiences
