Position Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Production Manager to oversee our new luxury van line's production process. This position offers huge growth potential and limitless autonomy, allowing you to build and lead a team, develop cutting-edge products, and scale production operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the production team in the manufacturing of luxury vans, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to timelines.
- Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet customer demands and optimize resource utilization.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to innovate and improve product features, functionality, and performance.
- Recruit, train, and mentor production staff, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Manage inventory levels, procurement processes, and supplier relationships to ensure smooth production operations.
- Monitor production metrics, analyze data, and implement strategies to enhance productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies throughout the production process.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and logistics, to meet business objectives and customer expectations.
- Provide regular reports, updates, and recommendations to senior management regarding production performance and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Management, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role in manufacturing, preferably in the automotive or luxury vehicle industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
- In-depth knowledge of production processes, quality standards, lean manufacturing principles, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience in project management, production planning, inventory control, and supplier management.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results under pressure.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements, safety protocols, and best practices in manufacturing operations.
