Job Details

Position: Administrative Utility

Department: Administration

Hours: 8:00AM to 5:00PM, others if needed (Days may vary)

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

The overriding and most important function of each and every employee is to either directly (by interacting with the guest) or indirectly (by providing the key support role to the guest experience) strive to provide the finest in friendly service and quality products.

  • Front Desk Reception / answering phones, greeting guests/employees, etc.
  • General office duties including typing, filing, copying, faxing, etc. for multiple departments.
  • Assist the Bookkeeper in daily drops processing
  • Assist A/P in invoices/statements
  • Assist General Manager
  • Process new hire/re-hire paperwork
  • Process daily ingoing/outgoing mail and distribute packages
  • Perform special projects such as mailings and research projects
  • Process, log, distribute, and file applications
  • General light housekeeping duties, daily
  • Perform other duties as assigned or needed or may be required to assist in other departments


Requirements

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
  • Must have strong organizational skills and multi-tasking
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have strong math skills
  • Must have basic computer skills, (Microsoft Office)
  • Must be able to occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds at hip level
  • Must be able to sit for majority of shift
  • Must be positive, energetic, pleasant & helpful toward fellow employees and guests and deal with difficult situations
  • Must be self-motivated.
  • Must follow all procedures and guidelines as stated in the employee handbook
  • Must be flexible in work schedule.
