Synechron is looking for a talented Lead Designer to join the team. The candidate must hold a natural creative flair with a strong visual approach to problem solving and be able to work well in a fast-paced environment. A keen interest in the AI and technology realm is desired.


This role will be responsible for creating high-quality graphic designs in a vibrant and interactive context for the wider digital group, supporting various Global initiatives and campaigns.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design graphics projects from concept to brand development, implementing a seamless creative process, right through to project completion.
  • Designing visually engaging assets to be used across global campaigns and initiatives.
  • Creating custom graphics as per the requirements of the wider organization.
  • Collaborating with team members and clients to understand their needs and develop design assets that effectively communicate their message.
  • Incorporating branding guidelines and ensuring consistency across all design assets
  • Staying current with the latest design trends and incorporating them into all projects, with an interest in AI and the future of design
  • Deliver all assets in a clear high-quality format.
  • Bring the Synechron brand to life across a range of media, including website, communications, social media, physical spaces, digital.
  • Create compelling outputs that align to the Synechron vision and align to the theme or guidelines of the brand.
  • Provide flexibility in working on multiple project briefs at once maintaining high quality outputs.
  • Form ideas that push beyond the required.


Required Experience


  • Equipped with at least 8+ years of experience in a graphics/motion design role or similar.
  • A visionary design thinker with a strong understanding of branding.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, and color theory
  • Experience in creating animated graphics, to be used across social media and other digital forms.
  • Mac proficient user with experience across industry standard software - Adobe CS (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, After Effects). Experience with Figma and AI tools, desired.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Willingness to learn, grow and develop skills and abilities.
