Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Operations Manager. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, communicating with design firms and suppliers, ensuring quality control during installations, and maintaining efficient warehouse operations. The Operations Manager will also be responsible for supervising a team of warehouse and installation staff, and collaborating with other departments to optimize processes and improve overall operational efficiency.

- Experience in logistics, operations management, or a related field
- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and supply chain processes
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in relevant software and technology
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
- Physical fitness and ability to lift and move heavy objects
- Knowledge of furniture installation and familiarity with design industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
