**Customer Service Adviser**

**Location: Brentwood**

We are looking to recruit a key member of our Customer Service team. The successful candidate will assist and support our Sales Engineers and Technical Team in meeting customer expectations; by providing a comprehensive first-class operational service.

This is an exciting and busy role, which offers the successful candidate the opportunity to help shape the way we do things, so we want you to bring new ideas and suggestions to the table.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a role that requires a high level of both customer service and strong administration skills. The role will require a flexible approach with the ability to work on your own initiative.

You will hold direct responsibility for processing customer orders from both new and existing customers from point of sale through to delivery of products.

**Key Duties**

* Direct responsibility for the processing of customer orders

* Provide both internal and external customer service and support

* Support other regions and departments when required

* Working closely with functional heads/managers to ensure consistent, efficient working practices.

* Communication of all key information to the relevant departments

* Support customers to ensure they receive the best possible service

**What you'll need**

**Experience**

* Good knowledge of MS office (essential)

* Strong Administration and customer service skills

* Ability to work calmly in a busy environment

**Personal Qualities**

* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain good working relationships at all levels

* Ability to challenge & influence others at all levels

* Desire to drive continuous improvement

* Strong communication skills

* Excellent attention to detail
