Job Functions:
- Duties include managing activities, resources, and responsibilities of A/R and A/P in conformance with established policies, practices, and procedures.
- Input and manage accounts receivable and accounts payable, including invoicing, vendor/customer relationships and cross-team collaboration.
- Day by day supervision of the AR and AP team for all NAM entities, managing a team of 4 people.
- Responsible for timely and accurate posting of AP assuring prompt resolution of any discrepancy.
- Responsible for timely management and reconciliation of GRNI (good receipts) accounts.
- Responsible for reconciliation for any AP and AR related accounts.
- Support the Finance organization by providing all necessary reports for Month end closing, cash flow forecasting, sales and use tax accounting and reporting.
- Perform special projects and duties as required.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years in a financial accounting supervisory position
- Bachelor s degree in accounting or related field preferred
- Experience in manufacturing environment preferred
- AXD365 experience preferred
- Demonstrated communication and organizational skills
- Ready to participate and contribute as part of the management team
- Results orientated team leader and motivator
