Our firm is seeking an Associate with 3 - 6 years of litigation or transaction experience who is fluent in reading, writing and speaking Korean, and interested in a career focused on global representation of technology driven Korean companies. Industries of focus include electronics, semiconductors, computer science, artificial intelligence and/or life sciences as well as demonstrated experience providing bi-lingual support on technology and IP aspects of corporate transactions or patent litigation. This is a unique opportunity for entrepreneurial practitioners to work closely with the leader of our Korea practice and engage directly with Firm and prospective clients. You would also have an opportunity to collaborate with Partners and Associates around the Firm on various efforts. As a member of our team, you will be helping to drive further expansion and enhancement of our Korea practice and deepen the relationship with the firm's Korean clients. You would also liaise directly with clients and proactively drive client matters and projects. This is a unique opportunity to join a highly collaborative and supportive team in one of the world's premier global law firms. Preferred locations: New York Will consider DC or California for the right candidate.The salary range for this role in New York or California is $225,000 - $435,000. Actual salary will be commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience.
