The Daily Courier newspaper located in Prescott Valley, Arizona, is seeking a full-time Home Delivery Manager for their circulation department to provide outstanding customer service to our print subscribers by ensuring all deliveries are on-time and delivered in good condition and their proper place by recruiting independent contractors and monitoring their performance based on contractual obligations, personally delivering open routes when necessary or through assigning them to district coordinators who report directly to this position. The right candidate should have strong verbal communication skills and the ability to meet deadlines. The selected individual will report to the Circulation Manager and work independently while learning to recruit, orient, and contract independent delivery personnel. Must be extremely customer service focused and believe that any complaint is meant to be dealt with immediately. This position will be required to assist as needed with single-copy delivery to stores, assist in promotions and at company-sponsored booths, and other duties as assigned. This position also requires an individual who has great attention to detail and computer skills, including the ability to generate and work with reports in excel. Must have your own vehicle for work-related delivery, spot checks, etc., a valid drivers license, and auto insurance. Position requires lifting and pushing 50 lbs., working 3rd shift, weekends, and holidays: excellent benefits package, PTO, 401(k). NSE EEOE.
