**Description**

************ Temporary 90 Day Position ************

**Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm Monday - Friday for 90 Days**

**Note: This position could turn into Full Time if there is an interest and a business need.**

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities** include the following, which are listed in order of priority. Other duties may be assigned.

* Regular and consistent attendance.

* Provide support for theatre managers as it relates to deliveries, returns, or other issues regarding distribution.

* Communicate with vendors regarding new items, exceptions, and discrepancies.

* Thoroughly and accurately auditing assigned concession inventories, noting any discrepancies or variances.

* Report audit results back to assigned Theatre Managers, District Managers and Food Service Manager.

* Investigate questionable monthly food costs.

* Research invoice exceptions or pricing variances.

* Maintain concession order guides and communicate updates to the field.

* Process food service related invoices.

* Create select purchase orders on behalf of the theatres.

* Process and submit inventory Over/Short Summaries.

* Assist Food Service Manager in preparing monthly volume reports (MTD & YTD).

* Assist Food Service Manager with rebate programs.

* Assist Food Service Manager in the compilation of other concession related analysis reports.

* Distribute mail within the Food Service Department.

* Faxing, copying and filing.

* Other duties as directed by Food Service Manager and Director of Food Service.

**Education/Experience:**

* A college degree, theatre management and accounting experience is strongly preferred.

* Previous audit experience or financial analyst experience is required.

* A high school education is required.

**Language Ability:**

This position requires well-developed communication skills with a professional demeanor.

**Math Ability:**

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

**Reasoning Ability:**

This position requires the ability to make comparisons, draw conclusions and analyze data.

**Computer Skills:**

Word processing, Spreadsheets, General Ledger, Database software (experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook are preferred).

**Supervisory Responsibilities:**

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
