**ROLE SUMMARY:**

The Hub Inventory Fix Supervisor will work with the Hub Control Manager to manage inventory counts & adjustments across all hub sites. The inventory fix supervisor will play a key role in maintaining accurate inventory at a minimum of 4 sites in 3 states. This will be done by:

* Drafting and/or editing SOPs for each site based on their individual operation. These SOPs will include at a minimum: system movement (intake, transfers, and shipping), adjustments, weekly cycle counts, monthly inventory counts, and EOY inventory counts including external 3rd party audits.

* Training on-site staff in the implementation of the processes

* Ensuring count schedules are being followed.

* Creating count sheets for use by on-site teams to conduct audits.

* Compiling audit information as it is received from each site to identify discrepancies.

* Investigating discrepancies to identify the root cause of the issue.

* Providing recount requests to on-site teams as needed.

* Performing final investigation & reconciliation of all discrepancies.

* Adjusting SOPs based on process gaps identified during the audit process.

* On-site visits to ensure adherence to SOPs and support site teams.

* Providing detailed audit reports to hub leadership that include performance metrics.

**KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**

* Run daily & weekly reports on a wide variety of inventory information

* Assist leadership in solving for a variety of inventory issues

* Draft SOPs for a variety of processes

* Remotely leading multiple inventory counts on a weekly/monthly/annual basis

* Implementing ERP systems

* Travel to each site to learn operations & perform training for site teams

* Creating advanced spreadsheets to efficiently pull data needed to identify inventory accuracy that will drive replenishment

* Cultivate an environment of continuous improvement with an emphasis on collaboration and personal ownership

* Maintain and present key performance metrics and demand monitoring for senior management

* Determine methods to address and correct planning behaviors that adversely affect inventory accuracy

* Act as subject matter expert regarding inventory status and work with the control manager, supply chain analysts, and central data organizations

* Manage and partner with internal and external stakeholders

* Other tasks as assigned by management

**SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS:**

* Bachelor's Degree in a business, supply chain, science, engineering, data analytics or related discipline

* 5+ years working with multiple ERP systems, SAP preferred

* 5+ years in inventory management or inventory control

* Advanced Excel skills

* Ability to learn a wide array of products & components

* Ability to understand BOMs & COGS

* Demand & Supply Planning, Inventory management, S&OP qualifications (CPIM, CPSM, APICS)

* 3+ years of operational business unit experience in Supply Chain & Logistics. Demand or Supply Planning and Customer Supply Chain experience preferred

* Demonstrated ability to lead through influencing as well as strong skills as a negotiator to reach consensus, buy-in, and commitment

* Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills interacting cross functionally at multiple levels within the enterprise

* Ability to foster a winning culture and process driven environment

* Utilize data to drive decision making and continuous improvement

**ADDITIONAL MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:**

* Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.

* Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check.

**PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:**

* Must be able to handle organic matter daily, able to wear PPE as appropriate (eye, face, hand, arm, head, foot, body, fall protection), and able to be exposed to hot, cold, wet, humid, or windy conditions while wearing PPE (95 degrees or greater).

* Must have visual acuity with/without job aids to perform activities such as; reading, viewing a computer terminal, visual inspection involving small parts/details. Clarity of vision at 20 ft or more in day and night/dark conditions

* Must be able to speak and communicate verbally at conversation levels with co-workers, vendors, etc. (Moderate noise).

**WORK SCHEDULE:**

* 40+ hours weekly with flexible hours depending on department needs. Must be available to work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays.
