**Requirements:**

* Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint and has the ability to learn technology/other programs quickly

* Minimum 1 year of Customer Service or Sales experience

**What you will bring:**

* Customer service experience with superior communication skills

* The ability to tactfully and professionally handle stressful and difficult situations including customer inquiries and complaints

**What you will do:**

* Greet and give our customers a warm welcome as they enter our showroom

* Work cooperatively between customers, sales, vendors, and other BENDER departments

* Communicate with customers and vendors in a clear, effective, and professional manner

* Receive customer inquiries, issues, or challenges and follow-through to resolution

* Coordinate material transfers

* Research inventories and returns

* Assist Sales team as needed, such as but not limited to, scheduling deliveries, researching inventories and facilitating returns and procuring product specifications

* Confidently takes ownership of the post-sale customer experience

This is a full time position with the following schedule:

Monday: 9:00AM - 5:00PM

Tuesday: OFF

Wednesday - Friday: 9:00AM - 5:00PM

Saturday: 8:30AM - 1:00PM
