Job Details
Responsible for preparing and cooking items. Assists the Sous Chef/Manager in the production of the daily menu or prep list. Assists in managing schedules and inventory control.
Essential Job Functions:
Excellent internal/external guest service;
Cooks or prepares food assigned from daily menu plan;
Follows recipes given consistently;
Maintains cleanliness of assigned area in accordance with health codes and regulations;
Understands all job responsibilities of staff during assigned shift;
Other reasonable duties as assigned.
