Tripadvisor is looking for an experienced product manager to lead our Hotel Shopping experience. This role will provide an exciting opportunity to set the strategy for how we make the process of discovering and booking a hotel on our platform seamless and rewarding for the travelers we serve. You will have the opportunity to build a roadmap, lead a cross functional team and prioritize what work is needed to hit defined revenue growth targets in support of multiple lines of business.

Responsibilities:
* Manage a team of product managers and associated supporting squads, driving and ensuring excellence in our current Hotels shopping experience while innovating into new ways for us to create customer value.
* Own revenue outcomes attached to this work, partnering with GMs, finance, merchandising, engineering, design and UX to drive significant category growth
* Lead quarterly roadmapping to define product roadmaps and associated resourcing that align with set OKRs and business objectives.
* Build a culture of accountability and product delivery.
* Grow the team and build out the product offering as the business grows.
* Drive the Hotels product vision to be shared across the company; define and develop the product roadmap for which you and your team will be held accountable
Qualifications:
* 10+ years of consumer product experience, 4-7 years of ecommerce/direct-to-consumer experience, 5 years of people management experience
* Product management experience required
* eCommerce expertise, understanding both market trends and key components of the business
* Excellent stakeholder management, relationship development, and influencing skills
* Experience applying hypothesis-driven development processes and driving user growth and engagement through experimentation, iteration, and learning
* Excellent analytical and commercial experience - a track record of driving business value via effective product stewardship, understanding business impact, and making data-driven decisions
* Strong presentation skills with experience communicating product strategies and tradeoffs to diverse audiences
* BA/BS degree or equivalent; MBA or technical degree a plus
Leadership Skills
* Experience leading a team in a global and matrixed environment
* Someone who can balance strategic leadership with execution discipline and is comfortable being involved in both
* Experience and comfort with change management
* Someone who thrives in face paced environment and embraces a growth mindset
* Experience building, growing, and managing strong teams - strategic hiring, coaching, and development of entry-level through senior product managers
