Job Description:

As the Director of Operations, you will:

Oversee Day-to-Day Operations: Manage daily operations including staffing, scheduling, and resource management to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with the leadership team to set and achieve divisional goals and targets, aligning with the company s vision and objectives.
Monitor Performance: Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance operational efficiency.
Ensure Compliance: Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies, ensuring that all operations adhere to industry standards.
Client and Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders in the light industrial sector to foster long-term partnerships.
Lead and Mentor Team: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of operations staff to ensure high performance, productivity, and professional growth.
