My Client seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Manager to join their team. As a Procurement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the procurement process to ensure the efficient sourcing and purchasing of goods and services necessary for the smooth operation of our hospitality business.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies to optimize procurement processes, reduce costs, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality goods and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier performance to ensure compliance with quality, cost, and delivery requirements.
- Identify and evaluate potential vendors and suppliers based on factors such as price, quality, reliability, and delivery speed. Conduct vendor assessments and make recommendations for vendor selection.
- Oversee the end-to-end procurement process, including purchase requisition, approval, order placement, and receipt of goods. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to forecast demand, manage inventory levels, and optimize inventory turnover. Implement inventory control measures to minimize waste and inventory holding costs.
- Analyze procurement data and trends to identify cost-saving opportunities, track procurement KPIs, and report on procurement performance to senior management.
- Manage supplier contracts, including contract negotiation, renewal, and termination. Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions, and mitigate contract risks.
- Continuously evaluate and improve procurement processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness. Implement best practices and innovative solutions to streamline workflows and drive operational excellence.
- Collaborate closely with other departments, such as finance, operations, and supply chain, to align procurement activities with business objectives and ensure seamless integration with overall business operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field. Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CSCP, CPSM) preferred.
- Proven experience as a Procurement Manager or in a similar procurement role within the hospitality industry.
- In-depth knowledge of procurement principles, practices, and techniques, with a strong understanding of sourcing strategies, vendor management, and contract negotiation.
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques. Experience with procurement software systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive process improvements, and deliver results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to procurement operations in the hospitality industry.
