Job Details
This is an in-office position with some possible work from home. This is not a fully remote position.
Works in team environment consisting of a Salesperson, Project Coordinator, Designer and Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Attends client meetings to obtain planning information and to help cultivate relationships
Performs field measures, product inventory and on-site assessments
- proposals accurately into business system
- and update current client status sheets daily
- with customers regarding order status, punch list resolution and delivery/installation
- to develop furniture block plans, space plans, finish palettes, furniture specifications preferred
Competencies:
Has knowledge of systems furniture, as well as other manufacturing lines
Navigates client interaction with ease
Proactively identifies problems, offers creative solutions, works independently to elevate customer satisfaction
Demonstrates excellent time management skills, flexible, ability to accommodate schedule changes and last-minute requests
Effectively handles competing priorities/urgent situations, able to make sound decisions in short timeframes
Education/ Experience Requirements:
- degree from accredited (4) year university, architectural, or interior design school preferred
- years industry experience
Proficient in Excel
- in CET, AutoCAD/Spec preferred
