The Managed Services Account Manager will be responsible for driving current client sales, satisfaction, and revenue. He/she will generate sales and client project opportunities, through managing relationships within the current clients assigned.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage a sales territory that consists of developing sales within new clients for the Managed Services Practice. In addition, the role will require managing relationships with clients, consultants, technology partners, business influencers and partner field sales executives.
  • Develop a growing understanding of our technology, and keeping up with industry developments within the retail, consumer products, industrial, logistics, and transportation industries.
  • Report on sales progress and attainment of goals.
  • Work with Solution Architects in defining requirements and building value-based solutions.
  • Create customized presentations based on customer needs and priorities
  • Engage additional enVista Solution Groups to client opportunities.
Skills and Experience Needed:
  • Bachelor s Degree in Business, Sales, Information Technology or a related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of selling to mid-market and enterprise customers, with proven track record of selling to management decision makers.
  • Business Development mentality with the ability to develop relationships at the Senior Executive level, prospect, and manage activity across accounts.
  • Familiarity and experience with IT Managed Services (Cloud solutions - private and public, End User Device Management, Network Management, Database, Storage, Security, Backup & Recovery, Asset Management, ITSM), Value Added Reseller (VAR), and Microsoft Modern Workplace.
  • Familiarity and experience with consulting services.
  • Proven success in a complex sales cycle working collaboratively with pre-sales and delivery resources.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Ability to compete aggressively and identify successful sales tactics.
  • Strong interpersonal, management, and presentation skills.
  • Industry knowledge preferred (Retail, Consumer Products, Industrial, Transportation, Manufacturing, and Logistics).
  • Expected Travel: 25-50%
  • Our preference will be to have this position in the Willowbrook, IL or Indianapolis, IN area but will also consider candidates within a 200 mile radius of either.
