In this role, youll provide leadership, direction, and supervision for a group of individuals engaged primarily in the remanufacture of hydraulic and lattice cranes. Working closely with employees across all job families to schedule work accordingly, youll establish and implement programs to meet operational targets related to productivity, cost, quality, safety and housekeeping, delivery schedules, through-put, process improvements, team and employee development. Inspect the structure component according to the related instruction/inspection card; Inspect the self-inspection implementation status of line welders; Analyze/report the welding issues in the production and work with problem solving team to make the correct and prevent actions; As a Laborer you will be responsible for the physical and systematic movement of material through the facility to support manufacturing, as well as other job duties at the facility as time and business conditions allow.
