Clerical Assistant
Role Summary:
Provide administrative support to various departments within the company.
Assist in organizing and maintaining office files and documents.
Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate
personnel.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Perform general clerical tasks to ensure the smooth operation of daily
activities.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
